WITH YOUR ORDER 1 Shipping and installation instructions: Packaging and shipping from Columbus, Ohio. USA. Included are: site review and installation instructions. 2 Startup Supervision and Training: Five days of startup supervision and training . Site time is guaranteed, If more days are require they will be at no cost if delay or extra time required is the sole result of MonitorTech or its sub contractors. 3 Priority remote technical support MonitorTech Corp. provides priority remote technical support for 6 months from the date of installation at no cost to the client. The client will be provided with a daytime telephone number, an off-hours pager number, and an emergency backup off-hours telephone number. A qualified technician will assist with technical questions via modem, software, and technical trouble shooting and repair. 4 Daily and weekly modem review MonitorTech Corp. will provide a daily modem review of the equipment for the first month after startup. Thereafter, a weekly modem review will continue until the end of the first year after startup. This service is provided at NO charge to our clients. 5 RATA and/ or Performance Testing (Optional) All testing will be performed in accordance with the attached terms and conditions and fee schedule. Any delays or additional testing will be billed per the fee schedule according to the terms and conditions. All required performance testing including CEMS RATA testing. OR CEMS RATA testing only. All testing is guaranteed If retesting is require they will be at no cost if the retesting required is the sole result of MonitorTech or its sub contractors. 6 Quarterly Maintenance, 3 quarterly CGA and 1 year end RATA. (Optional) Three quarterly Cylinder Gas Audits (CGA) and one Relative Accuracy Test Audit (RATA). This will also include the EPA reports for these audits. MONITOR TECH SUPPLIES THE PROTOCOL GASES REQUIRED FOR THESE TESTS. This saves the client thousands of dollars for gases they may only use for a few hours over the certified life of the gas. Prior to CGA tests, MonitorTech Corporation will perform a quarterly Penetrative Maintenance (PM) review and adjustments if necessary. Prior to the RATA, MonitorTech Corporation will perform a yearly PM. |
Monitor Tech provides a yearly contract for three quarterly maintenance
and CGA audits plus year end maintenance and RATA. The yearly
contract includes all of the following:
• CGA protocol gases. Each measured gas (Nitric oxide, Nitrogen
dioxide, Oxygen etc) requires two cylinders of high quality protocol gas of
a specific concentration depending on the range of the measured gas.
Monitor Tech provides these gases for your CGA’s.
• RATA EPA notification. The state environmental agency requires
notification in advance of the RATA test. Monitor Tech provides the
notification.
• RATA and CGA guarantee. We guarantee that the MT100 will
pass the test requirements.
• Quarterly maintenance. Before performing the CGA or RATA tests,
Monitor Tech will perform the required quarterly maintenance, and tune
up the system.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITH YOUR YEARLY
CONTRACT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
• 24/7 telephone support.
• On line computer support. If a DSL or phone line is provided,
Monitor Tech can dial into your system to provide software and hardware
support.
• Parts expediting support. Most parts can be expedited to
shipping on the same day you place your order. If Monitor Tech receives
the order by 4 pm eastern standard time, the order can be shipped the
same day.
FUTURE SERVICES
• CGA TRAILER. Monitor Tech is planning a special trailer outfitted
to perform the CGA audits. In most cases, this will allow one person to
perform the CGA audits, saving you travel time and expense.
• Weekly data back-up. Monitor Tech is planning a server design
to collect and store the data from your PC on a weekly basis.
