MonitorTech Awarded Alpine Power a Biomass
Project.
MonitorTech has been awarded the CEMS project for Alpine
Power in Lufkin, Texas. The project is one of the largest wood
burning Biomass power projects in the country.
The MT100 will be monitoring NOx, CO, Wet O2, Dry O2, and
Opacity.
Monitor Tech will also provide quarterly Cylinder Gas Audits
(CGA) and maintenance. Monitor Tech supplies all the cal gases
required for the CGA audits. Monitor Tech will also supply the
yearly relative Accuracy Test Audits.
Monitor Tech was selected because of the ease of maintenance
and quality of after sales service.
Monitor Tech Awarded CEMS Project to Replace
PEMS at Badger State Ethanol.
MonitorTech has been awarded the CEMS project for Badger
State Ethanol in Monroe, Wisconsin. Monitor Tech's MT100
CEMS will be replacing the PEMS (Predictive Emissions
Monitoring system).
The MT100 will be monitoring NOx, CO and O2.
Monitor Tech will also provide quarterly Cylinder Gas Audits
(CGA) and maintenance. Monitor Tech supplies all the cal gases
required for the CGA audits. Monitor Tech will also supply the

plant.

environmental. Monitor Tech will be replacing the O2 dry, O2
wet, SO2, NOx (with NO and NO2) and CO monitors. Monitor
Tech will also be replacing the Trace Environmental Software
with our own preparatory software.
Heron Lake Bio Energy LLC is located in Heron Lake,
Minnesota. Heron Lake is a Ethanol producer using coal as a
fuel.
